I created these 15 illustrations for Extra Ordinary Sunderland, created as part of the 17 Nineteen project.  This walking guide takes users through the city of Sunderland, drawing attention to the lives of ordinary citizens via period newspaper excerpts and my interpretations of what they may have looked like.
